Who we are
Wright Move TX is the real estate practice of Melissa Wright, a licensed Texas real estate agent, License 673801, licensed with eXp Realty. We serve The Woodlands, Conroe, Lake Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, Willis, Panorama Village, Huntsville, and the surrounding Montgomery County area. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a contact form, request a buyer or seller guide, use one of our calculators, sign up for the newsletter, or book a consultation, we collect the details you provide. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, your timeline for buying or selling, the property or area you are interested in, and any message or preferences you choose to share.
Usage information. Like most websites, we also collect basic technical and usage data automatically, such as your browser type, device type, approximate location based on IP address, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site. This information is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

Follow up and email
When you submit a form on this site, you are asking us to get back to you. We may follow up by email, phone call, or text message about your request and about buying or selling a home. We try to be useful, not noisy. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying to any email, calling 832.791.2395, or using the unsubscribe page. Every marketing email we send also includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop messages that are directly about an active transaction you are part of.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly, remember your preferences between visits, and measure general traffic patterns. Beyond that, we share your information only when you ask us to, for example when you want an introduction to a lender, title company, inspector, or contractor, or when we are required to by law, court order, or the rules that govern licensed real estate agents in Texas.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the recordkeeping requirements that apply to real estate transactions in Texas. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email melissa@wrightmovetx.com or call 832.791.2395 and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within a reasonable time. In some cases we may need to keep certain transaction records that the state requires us to retain, and we will tell you if that applies.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top.
